When I first read the Ecommerce Manifesto it was what I had been needing for a long time and many others for that matter.

It conveys many ideas however for myself personally and my business, it really made me see how having too many projects, little focus and being unstructured in my management approach was hurting my business.

Whether you have been online for a while or are new to the internet business field, there is a lot of valuable points in this document of which you will learn from.

Over the years I have found that many business people are “idea drivers”. Being such is a great apptitude that many entrepreneurs pocess however if you are this way, you tend to be more interested in the bigger picture stuff than the details and management.

It is therefore very easy to jump from one product to another, one opportunity to the next without completing a project or getting it anywhre the profit potential it may have.
